Who we are

Cove Desk is a service of Cornelia Cove LLC, 418 Broadway, Ste N, Albany, NY 12207. Questions about your information go to partners@corneliacove.com.

What the audit form collects

When you request a free missed-call audit, we collect what you type into the form:

• your name and business name
• your trade
• your phone number and email address
• your city and state
• how calls are handled now, and any notes you add

Along with it we save the time you sent it, the country your connection came from, and your browser's user agent (the line that names your browser and device). We use these to spot spam.

To limit repeated submissions, we keep a one-way scrambled code made from your IP address for up to one hour. We don't store your IP address itself with your request.

Where it's stored and for how long

Requests are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, part of Cloudflare, the company that hosts this site. Each request is deleted automatically 12 months after you send it. You can ask us to delete it sooner by emailing partners@corneliacove.com.

How we use it

We use your request to look at how your calls are handled and to reply to you about Cove Desk by email or phone. We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their marketing.

Text messages

Sending the form doesn't sign you up for text messages, and we won't add you to a marketing text list. If we ever text you about your request, you can reply STOP at any time and we'll stop.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use cookies, ads, or third-party tracking scripts. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes basic request data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Your choices

Changes

If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top.
