This is a sales site for a paid service
We sell Cove Desk, and these pages exist to explain and sell it, so we have a financial interest in what you decide. Keep that in mind and read the Terms of Service before you subscribe.
The free audit form collects your name, business name, trade, phone number, email address, city and state, and how calls are handled now. The Privacy page explains how it's stored and used. The paid service sends texts from a contractor's business number to people who called it; the Terms set out who is responsible for consent and opt-outs.
How pages are prepared
Content is prepared by Cornelia Cove LLC with automated drafting tools and checked against primary sources. In practice:
- Facts about the service, such as plans, prices, features and setup steps, are checked against our own pricing table and Terms so the pages agree with each other.
- Statements that rely on an outside rule or standard link to the primary source, and every source is listed on the Sources page.
- If we can't support a statement, we narrow it or remove it.
We don't list a named author or reviewer, and no lawyer or outside expert has reviewed these pages. Nothing on this site is legal advice. For questions about texting consent or the TCPA in your situation, ask a qualified attorney.
Examples, reviews and numbers
- The example text threads, calls, bookings and alerts on this site are made up and labeled as examples. The Methodology page explains what they show.
- We don't publish testimonials, reviews, ratings, customer counts or performance statistics.
- Prices on the homepage and in the Terms should always match. If a price changes, we update both pages.
Review dates and updates
The “Last reviewed” date on a page records the day we finished checking its claims against the linked sources and our own Terms. It doesn't update automatically.
Our target is to re-check these pages at least every six months, and sooner when prices or plans change, when a cited source is revised or its link breaks, or when someone sends a substantiated correction. A target is not a guarantee of continuous monitoring.
Changes to the Terms work differently: the Terms say we'll email subscribers advance notice of changes and their effective date. The Privacy page shows the date it was last updated at the top.
Corrections
If something on this site is wrong or out of date, email partners@corneliacove.com with the page address, the statement, and a source if you have one. We check reported errors against the primary source or our own records. When a correction is warranted, we fix the page and update its “Last reviewed” date.
